We’re here, we’re in Vézelay. Nicknamed the nicest city in France, in the heart of Bourgogne. We camped just out of this town last night. This morning, I woke to cruise in and grab a baguette, a couple of croissants, and various other goodies. A cool quiet ride in at 7am. Fall is coming. Only the bakers work this early in France.
Last night we had one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Escargot, Carnards roti, brie et noits…deux leffe, une bouteilles de vins rouge locale. Parfait.
